I had a similar experience to a previous reviewer.
When I opened the tube of cream I got runny liquid/ water spilled all over my carpet and hands because I thought it would have more of a lotion consistency.
I didn't find any tips/ directions for applying to my skin so I just massaged it on an hoped for the best.
I have naturally cold feet and did not notice any warming effect from this product.
This was an expensive product that didn't help me at all.

I use this foot cream in the mornings for occasions that I know I will be in colder environments, such as at the curling rink, skating, or winter hiking. I have also used it to assist with cold feet at nighttime.

The best cream for my feet, walking, skiing or golfing

I opened the product when received, and got ready to apply it. Fully expected a cream- however to my surprise this was a liquid, runnier than water really, and before I knew it, it had run over my hands and the floor! Nowhere did it indicate a liquid, and all three locations for brief instructions were identical-- on the box, on the tube, and on the brief instruction sheet.
Every other product I have had of any kind has been a cream. This, after paying over $30 to have it landed at my door!
To top it all off, it didn't help at all!

I ordered this balm because I have cold feet and ankles all the time and this balms warms it right up. It is perfect for what I need. I have ALS so sit in a wheel chair all the time and my circulation is poor.
